Q: How do I get a custom pet pillow/portrait?
A: It's easy! Choose your product, upload your favorite photo during checkout, and complete your order. We'll then contact you on WhatsApp to finalize details and send you a preview. Production starts only after you approve.

Q: What kind of photo works best?
A: A clear, bright photo where your pet's face/body is fully visible gives the best result! Avoid blurry or dark photos. For pillows, a clear outline of your pet against a simple background is perfect.

Q: Can you remove leashes, backgrounds, or add funny costumes?
A: For standard pillows/portraits, we print the photo you provide. For our AI-generated portrait styles, yes! Describe your vision (e.g., "make my cat a queen") in the order notes, and our AI will work its magic.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: After you approve the preview, please allow 5-8 business days for creation and delivery anywhere in Egypt.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: You can pay securely online using Visa or Mastercard. Since every item is custom-made, full payment is required before we start designing and printing.

Q: Do you ship outside of Cairo?
A: Yes! We ship all over Egypt.

A: Because every item is personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Your satisfaction is our priority! We provide a preview for approval and guarantee against manufacturing defects. If there's an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A: We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. For best results, do not machine wash or tumble dry.
