At Wuzzles, every product is custom-made especially for your pet. Once your order is confirmed, we begin working on your order immediately.

Order Processing

After placing your order, we begin working on your design and production.

Delivery Time

Please allow 5–8 business days for production and delivery.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship all across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and all other governorates.

Shipping Fees

Delivery is a flat rate of 80 EGP anywhere in Egypt.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you as soon as possible.
