At Wuzzles, every item is custom-made based on your pet’s photo, which means each order is uniquely created just for you.


1. Custom Orders & Cancellations

All orders are processed quickly after being placed. Because each item is personalized, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are confirmed.


2. Personalized Products

Each product is made specifically for you using the photo you provide. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind or personal preferences.


3. Changes & Edits

Please ensure that the photo you upload is clear and suitable. Minor adjustments may be made during production to ensure the best possible result.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.


5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout (Visa/Mastercard), in accordance with payment provider policies.


6. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand this is a personalized product made specifically for you, and standard returns do not apply.
